Application for Graduate Admission

Heidelberg has recently changed our application process. This application is only for non-degree students enrolling for Fall of 2015. Those wishing to enroll for the 2015-2016 academic year or later should use this application instead.

Applications to the graduate programs are processed on a rolling basis and admission decisions are generally made within two weeks of receipt of the requested documents. It is suggested to submit all admission documents by the admission deadlines online at

Required if applying for US Federal financial aid with the FAFSA form. Additionally, recommended when deducting education for tax purposes.

In addition to one's primary track counseling students may elect to complete academic requirements for license only in the alternate track. Select an option below:
The "Curriculum & Instruction" track is open to applicants who are already licensed teachers. The "Generalist" track is for applicants who do not hold a teaching license. Please note: Licensure is not part of the MAE program.
